Paris is now accepting new skyscraper desigened by Swiss architect Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron who designed Beijing's National Olympic Stadium dubbed as Birds' Net. The building is shadowless and thus its design was chosen as one of 50 best inventions in 2008 by Time Magazine.
